II. OUR SERVICES


•  What is included in the cost of our services

Consultation on the formation and execution of an order at your request, manufacturer search, communication with the manufacturer and discussion of the terms of purchase, inspection of factories and goods according to your terms of reference, customs clearance, compensation for defective goods, purchase of goods from the manufacturer, resolution of other issues related to the purchase of goods, production characteristics of goods, storage of goods on in our warehouse before shipment to international transportation, delivery of goods to international transportation by your chosen transport company, consolidation of goods.

•  The cost of our services

The cost of our services is calculated based on the total amount of your order and the payment method you have chosen:

– Directly from the supplier (mainly large batches of goods);

– Buyout from the trading platforms such as TAOBAO, 1688, TMALL and others (mainly small wholesale, excluding delivery in China).

•  How to order a sample?

If you are making order for specific product for the first time we do recommend you to order sample first. Our managers will receive it in China and prepare for you detailed report with pictures and videos, explain quality and then wait for your decision.

•  How do we inspect products?

Inspection of the goods is included in the cost of our services. After receiving the goods to the warehouse, we check 5-10% of the total volume of the goods for compliance with the description and detection of defects. In case of detection of a defect or inconsistency with the description, we contact you, discuss the problem, and you make a decision on the purchase of goods. After you confirm the inspection report of the goods, a refund is not possible.

•  How to make customised product for my business?

If you have any request to make customised product, for example add your logo, change package, create product according to your own design, you can contact our manager and send your detailed request. We will communicate with the factory to fulfil your request and provide best conditions.

•  Important notice about customisation

Usually each fabric has minimum amount of products that they can produce by your personal request, our manager will provide this information after getting order information from you. Also customisation can be additionally charged depending on the type of your request.

•  What kind of product do we work with

If you choose a product from our list, the process of placing and sending an order will be fast. If you create an individual request, then we will need a little more time to study and select manufacturers, discuss the conditions for the purchase of goods, and also agree on the best price.

We do not work with the following products: compressed and liquefied gases, liquids, foodstuffs, plants, medicines, dietary supplements, powders, phones, laptops, other expensive, fragile appliances. Single orders: scooters, mopeds, bicycles, ATVs, electric scooters, dimensional furniture.

 

III. Delivery


•  What countries can be delivered to?

We can deliver the goods from the manufacturer in China to any country in the world through the logistics service that you work with.

•  Where do we ship from?

All the products are shipped from China.

•  How is delivery cost calculated?

Delivery cost for shipping products within China will be calculated based on factory’s pricing, our manager will provide you this information after you confirm quantity of the goods in your order. For shipment from China to your country please contact logistic service that you work with (we can also recommend you some of our partners). The shipping amount is added to the cost of the order and paid together.

•  How to find the tracking number of the delivery?

The delivery tracking number is written on the order tracking page and in the order card.

 

IV. Payment


•  How the order is paid

Prepayment depends on the volume of your order. If the volume of the goods in your order meets the requirements of the manufacturer, then up to 30% of the order amount must be paid after placing the order, the remaining 70% after confirming the inspection before shipment to international transportation. If the volume of the goods ordered by you is less than the minimum production volume, then we can buy this product in the domestic market of China and send it to you. In this case, you need to pay 100% of the cost of the goods.

 

V. Cancellation policy


•  How to cancel an order?

If the inspection reveals defects in the product that exceed more than 10% of the total order quantity, you can make a complete refusal of the product with a refund of the prepayment.

If you have already placed an order and want to cancel:
1. In case when the factory has already begun mass production or has purchased material for the manufacture of goods, the pre-payment is not refundable.
2. In case when the factory has not started production and has not purchased material, the pre-payment will be refunded in the amount of 20%.

•  How to register an account?

To register an account, click on the “Register” button in the upper right corner of the site, then fill in the required fields in the window that opens.

•  How to change account information?

To change your account information, go to your personal account page by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the page, then select “Settings” and select the “Account” tab on the new page.

•  How to delete an account?
